  • If you can make a simple card house from playing cards you’ll be able to easily assemble an Acurium frame.

    NB:
    > Follow the instructions carefully  
    > Handle the components with care as they are quite delicate 
    > Take your time - don’t rush it
    > Always pick up the finished frame from both sides with two hands – NOT from the top
  • Though our Returns Policy is outlined in our Ts and Cs and would be the default policy in any dispute, our intention is to help you in every practical way to have a positive product experience and should there be a demonstrable manufacturer defect/s in any component.
     
    Acurium will work with you to replace the defective part(s) at no cost to you other than courier expense.
  • The most likely damage to sustain are snapping off the protruding tabs or cracking the struts along the slots when assembly is too heavy handed, e.g. wiggling instead of pressing the components together.
     
    Replacement components are available, however it may be much easier to simply super glue the broken part/s back together which is virtually an invisible mend.

    NB: Avoid scratching the components on hard surfaces during assembly.
  • Yes. Empty it, lie it down on a soft firm flat surface and press your thumb against the raised locking tabs on the panel - away from their lock position, pulling the panel carefully clear from the side and bottom panels, flip over and repeat.

    NB: Recommended for storage or transport; stack the components with paper or soft cloth between each layer.
  • Any credible brand glass or general surface cleaner, use a soft cloth to dry to streak free.

    NB: Avoid abrasive cleaners.
